Elyse is a desk assistant at NBC News in the Washington, D.C. bureau.
She moves to the nation's capital after freelancing for NBC News in Los Angeles. There, she worked mostly on Nightly News with Brian Williams and the Today Show, researching stories, field producing, and writing/shooting/editing web segments. She also produced segments for Weekend Nightly News and Weekend Today Show, as well as working on several MSNBC shows and at the NBC News/POLITICO Republican Primary Debate.
Elyse graudated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's in Broadcast and Digital Journalism and minors in Political Science and International Relations.
Elyse was born and raised in Los Angeles and and has been a USC fan her whole life. She loves going to the beach and will miss the perfect LA weather on the East Coast.
