Lucas is a Director and Technical Director at ATVN. He began involvement at ATVN Technical Directing at the old Hancock Building studios, and was one of the first directors to learn the Ross OverDrive automation system in the new studio installed in 2014. As well as directing the typical 6:00 ATVN news broadcast, Lucas is also the director (and technical director, and sometime jib camera operator) of Sports SCene, a brand new show in 2015. 

In addition to his work at ATVN, Lucas is also Station Operations Manager at USC's Trojan Vision. He is the Executive Producer of USC's only student-produced TV game show, Mind Games.
