Jessica comes to KVAL from Los Angeles. She grew up in sunny Southern California and was lucky enough to do some extensive traveling to Europe and South Africa.
She is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California, where she received her M.A. in Broadcast Journalism. While attending USC she was a News21 fellow and a reporter for Annenberg TV News. She specialized and found a passion for covering social issues.
She says journalism has given her the wonderful opportunity to meet fascinating people and tell their stories.
When not working Jessica loves hiking on the Oregon Coast and eating the local sea food.
