Stand Up, Shake It Out, And Be Playful

I would like to try and use the studio couch area to exhibit cool inventions or artwork made by USC students. Right now, we are very focused on just sitting our guests down, asking them a few questions, and then moving on to the next story. Even though this is a great addition to our shows, I think something that requires the guest or anchor to interact with something would be even more interesting. For example, maybe one day a week we can feature a USC student's artwork that recently won an award. We can also display an engineering or architectural project that is impressive.

Asking the anchor and guests to move off the couch a bit, loosen up, and become genuinely intrigued over a novel project would be more captivating than a short Q&A. It would also be a way to advertise ATVN to USC students who may not know about it. There is only so much you can do to spice up a two minute question and answer section and it's never too early to start experimenting with something new.
