Class of 2008

Bio:

David Chong is a multimedia journalist whose work has appeared on public radio’s Marketplace, the HuffingtonPost, and Annenberg Radio News. His most recent stories covered Campaign 2008 for News21, a reporting project funded by the Knight Foundation and Carnegie Corporation.

David was named a Dean’s scholar at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication where he received his master’s degree in Journalism. Prior to earning his graduate degree, he worked as a researcher on television documentaries for the History Channel and Food Network among other outlets. David is a native of San Antonio, Texas and holds a B.A. from Northwestern University. He is an avid traveler and has lived in Japan, South Korea, and England.
