Bio: Kristine Harrington joined KTNV Action News in March of 2006. Originally from Southern California she loves Las Vegas because no one needs an excuse to visit.
It’s the same reason why she loves reporting here… “There is always something going on!”
But Kristine is no stranger to reporting under the neon lights. She spent two and half years reporting for the WB Las Vegas and Gold 33.
Kristine started her news career in Medford Oregon as Reporter/Anchor at KOBI, the NBC affiliate.
Since age nine she has been reading the headlines and watching the top story hoping one day she would be trusted to deliver it.
“I never wanted to do anything else. News has the power to bring people together, effect change and improve lives.”
A graduate of the University of Southern California Kristine earned her degree in Broadcast Journalism.
In her spare time she likes to read, watch movies and play with her dog Pacino.
Yes he is named after Al Pacino, from the Godfather, one of her favorite movies.
