Bio: Lisa Remillard joined the ABC Action News team in October 2005 and can be seen each weekday morning.
Before coming to Tampa Bay, she served as a reporter in Tallahassee, where she not only covered the daily news beat but also produced and anchored a weekly entertainment segment.
Last year’s three hurricanes were a big eye-opener for Lisa, a West Coast native. Lisa attended the University of Southern California, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and a master’s degree in strategic public relations.
Lisa proudly donned the princess tiara for the 1997 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade and Rose Bowl game. She enjoys trips to the beach, watching movies, and—most importantly—watching her USC Trojan football team.
