Sarah Carroll is a senior at USC majoring in broadcast journalism. She is currently Monday’s news anchor and a reporter on Wednesdays.
During the past two summers, Sarah interned at CNN in Los Angeles and a radio station in her hometown of Kalamazoo, Michigan. At these internships, she wrote packages, attended premieres, and assisted producers. She also got the opportunity to co-host and produce a weekly talk radio program. Sarah began her ATVN career during her sophomore year as a volunteer assignment desk worker. Since then, she has worked as a graphics editor, teleprompter operator, W/S/E and weather anchor.
Sarah hopes to anchor on the network level eventually. She believes the skills she has learned at ATVN will definitely give her a head start in the journalism industry.
