Ciclavia: Promoting Bike Safety

More people have started biking since Ciclavia started four years ago, but a lot needs to be done to promote bike safety regulations.

Bikers and walkers will take over the streets of Los Angeles on Sunday, April 15 during the fourth Ciclavia. This event is focused on promoting alternative transportation in Los Angeles.

But cyclists say this one day event isn't enough to change the way people commute.
