Methodist Church.

The service will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will be followed with a service at Green Hills Mortuary. Stafford's family will gather after the services at Local 250 Union Hall to remember their son.

The Facebook page devoted to Stafford released a post asking for donations to the Elgin Olu Stafford Scholarship Fund in lieu of giving flowers.

The 23-year-old had been last seen leaving his Carson home on March 20 and his body was found floating in the Dominguez Channel on March 31.
Stafford had been enrolled in the Public Diplomacy graduate program at USC's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism up until January 2012. Prior to attending USC, he had graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010.

No cause of death has been released by the Coroner's Office and a security hold is still in place on the case.
