Twitter has a new layout that allows tweeters to express themselves more than ever before.

After years with the same layout, Twitter is finally getting a facelift. Starting today, Twitter has launched their new interface, which will allow tweeters to express themselves more than ever before.

Users can now upload a header photo, which will appear above their tweets. A background photo will also be showcased and will complement the header photo.

The new header photo will show up on all mobile apps like the iPad, iPhone, and on Andrioid devices. Photo streams will appear below recent tweets on mobile devices as well.

There have been mixed reviews about Twitter's new facelift. What do you think about the new look? Tweet at us and you might be mentioned in our news story.
