Gas Prices Continue To Fall

After a decrease of 1.5 cents to $4.023 on Sunday, the average price per gallon of gasoline is at its lowest level since August 11. The average price for a gallon of gasoline throughout California has also dropped below $4 for the first time in almost three months.

During the last 27 days, the price of gasoline has decreased a staggering 68.2 cents.The fall in gasoline prices came after a seven-day stretch in early October when the price increased by 50.4 cents.

Monday's average price is 19.6 cents less per gallon than it was a week ago and 51.6 cents lower than it was last month. A year ago, gasoline cost drivers 15.4 cents per gallon less than it does today.
