Homeless Get Free Medical Services
More than 400 homeless people received medical, dental and vision screenings at Pasadena's fifth annual Homeless Connect Day on Tuesday.
About 60 local agencies came together to provide free services to the homeless at the Pasadena Salvation Army.
Services included haircuts from volunteer hairdressers, the opportunity to get California ID cards, and medical exams.
The event was organized by Pacific Clinics' Passageways, a non-profit corporation that provides behavioral health care and community-based, outpatient programs.
