Pedestrian Hit By Metrolink Train

A Metrolink train hit a pedestrian in Downtown Los Angeles Tuesday morning.
The accident happened just south of Union Station.
The pedestrian was taken to to the hospital with serious injuries, but no one on the train was hurt.
These types of train accidents are fairly common, according to the L.A. Fire Department.
