Employers on the Lookout for Cyber Monday Distraction

This year's Cyber Monday was up nearly 19% over last year, according to IBM Benchmark. 

The percentage of online shopping was up, while shopping in stores over the holiday weekend was down. 

According to the National Retail Federation, more than 131 million people participated in Cyber Monday and one in five people used a mobile device to make their purchases.
