Truck Drivers Demand Higher Wages

Drivers claim QTS Trucking forced them to sign waivers preventing class action lawsuits.

Port of Los Angeles truck drivers called for better wages and more benefits at a news conference Tuesday.

The drivers, who are mostly Korean and Latino, accused their employer, QTS Trucking, of forcing them to drive long hours for too little pay.

Drivers claim they were forced to sign waivers preventing them from participating in class action lawsuits.

ATVN reached out to QTS Trucking, but were unable to get a comment.
