1,000 Women Come Out for Sixth Annual USC Women's Conference

USC alumni and students gathered for a day of networking and empowerment.

USC celebrated empowered and inspirational women Thursday at the Sixth Annual USC Women's Conference at the Galen Center.

The conference, sponsored by Bank of America, brought together more than 1,000 women. Current USC female students had the chance to network and gain advice from various Trojan alumni.

Two-time NCAA tennis champion Heliane Seden gave the keynote speech and spoke about her goals for this year's conference.

"The purpose here is to bring women together," said Inger Miller, co-chairwoman of the conference. "It's a conference for women, about women, and to help women."
