USC Celebrates Earth Week

The Enviromental Student Assembly will host actor Ian Somerhalder in Bovard Auditorium Tuesday night in honor of Earth Day. ESA is hopeful that Somerhalder's star status will draw in a large crowd and increase awareness about sustainability efforts on campus. 

Somerholder is best known for his roles in Lost and The Vampire Diaries. He is the founder of the Ian Somerhalder Foundation, an organization that aims to empower, educate and collaborate with people and projects to positively impact the planet and its creatures.
