Homeland Security Organization Celebrates 10th Anniversary
The USC-based Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events, or CREATE, marked its tenth anniversary Thursday.
The center conducts research on terrorism threats and passes its information on to government analysts.
The Department of Homeland Security funds the program, which is a collaboration between the Price School of Public Policy, Planning and Development and the Viterbi School of Engineering.
The event featured expert panels, demonstrations and student showcases.
