Sarkisian: "We're in a Really Good Frame of Mind"
USC football head coach Steve Sarkisian talked Thursday about his team's ability to move past the Trojans 37-31 loss to the Boston College Golden Eagles on Saturday in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. The head coach credits the youth of the program for being able to gain precious experience and ways to grow from the defeat.
Sarkisian also discussed concerns surrounding the lack of depth on the Trojan roster, mentioning the roles that walk-on athletes play as a part of his program, and how he feels about some incoming recruits.
Sarkisian and the Trojans will have a week off from game action before they take on the Beavers of Oregon State Sept. 27 at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum. Kick off for the nationally televised PAC-12 matchup is set for 7:30 p.m.
