Plattenburg: "Do Something Great"
The No. 22 ranked USC football team (5-2, 4-1) took to the Los Angeles Memorial Colliseum turf Saturday, dominating the Colorado Buffaloes, 56-28. Freshman cornerback John Plattenburg started his first game for the Trojans and put in a solid performance, stating it was his calmness and preparation ahead of the game that allowed him to be ready for Division I football. Plattenburg also said the Trojan's new helmets and gloves were a highlight for him on what was a memorable homecoming for the team and coach Sarkisian.
USC will take on Utah in Salt Lake City Saturday in another PAC-12 South matchup.
