Following the PAC: 11-18-14

Former UCLA Bruin and PAC-12 Networks' Rick Neuheisel broke down Saturday's rivalry.

Former UCLA quarterback and football coach and current PAC-12 Networks' analyst Rick Neuheisel broke down USC football's rivalry matchup against UCLA Saturday at the Rose Bowl. The former Bruin talked about being a part of the crosstown battle in several different capacities and what makes the rivalry so thrilling and unique.

Neuheisel discussed the key elements for the Trojans to be able to shut down the explosive Bruin offense fueled by quarterback Brett Hundley, such as putting the pressure on the play maker and taking away short completions. On the other side of the ball, the coach emphasized the value that redshirt junior Javorius "Buck" Allen is going to bring to the USC attack with his ability to extend plays and grind the clock down.

The crosstown rivalry game is set to kickoff at 5:00 p.m. Saturday. Follow along on Twitter for live updates throughout, including exclusive interviews at @ATVNsports and make sure to Follow the PAC each Tuesday for guest analysis from the pros.
