Harvard Sex Week Gets Real

Sex, from taboo to typical.

The conversation about sex education and accepting one's body has stirred attention in university campuses across the nation.

This year marks the third year of "Sex Week" at Harvard University. Sex Week is run by a student organization called Sexual Health Education & Advocacy Through Harvard (SHEATH).

USC's Women Student Assembly (WSA) has joined this conversation by hosting "Body Love Week."

This year USC's WSA will be holding a series of events between November 3-7 filled with events promoting the reconceptualization of beauty and health body image.

Organizers at Harvard say the purpose of sex week is to promote a week that is interdisciplinary, thought-provoking, and innovative enough to students in order to engage them in understanding sex and sexuality.

ATVN's Madison Mills will be talking to sex expert Dr. Robert Dunlap on the issue live on ATVN at 6 p.m.
