USC Student Arrested During the L.A. Ferguson Protests Speaks Out

USC student Kylene Wolfstein talks about what she said was an “illegal arrest” during a March in response to the Ferguson decision last Friday. Madison Mills sits down with Kylene for an interview...

Kylene Wolfstein, a USC student, was arrested Friday night while recording one of the Ferguson protests in Downtown Los Angeles. Wolfstein posted a Youtube video of protesters marching down Beverly Blvd.

Protesters met at Grand Park at around 3 p.m and LAPD intercepted them at Beverly Blvd. and Alvarado St. around 7:45 p.m.

Wolfstein said she was arrested for videotaping the protest and “not complying” with a police officer after he asked her to stand behind a pole that she said was blocking her view.
