USC Lax Makes Cross Country Trip
The USC women's lacrosse team (0-1) looks to rebound from a devastating 12-11 overtime loss to national powerhouse Northwestern in its season opener with a trip to Northern New York to take on Stony Brook Friday. With a young team and making the trip at such an early point in the season, sophomore attack Michaela Michael discussed the challenges the Women of Troy face during the 3,000 mile journey.
Following the matchup with Stony Brook, USC will journey to Poughkeepsie, New York to finish its East Coast trip and take on Marist Sunday. The Women of Troy and the Seawolves will take to the field in frigid temperatures Friday with first faceoff set for 3:00 p.m.
