practice, and Sports SCene was on the field for interviews with head coach Steve Sarkisian and starting quarterback Cody Kessler. Also, host Evan Budrovich gives you his takes on USC's only new coach, as well as breaks down how the Trojans will replace elite playmaker Nelson Agholor after the wide receiver left for the NFL draft.

The show also welcomes a guest into the studio, as USC Sand Volleyball's Sara Hughes stops by to chat about her craft with host Ken Mashinchi. The Trojans are ranked No. 3 in the nation, and Hughes gives her season outlook while also chatting on having a new partner on the court this year as well as sharing her favorite place she's visited to play volleyball. Here's a hint: Mediterranean.

USC Men's Basketball takes on UCLA Wednesday night, but we focus our "Trojan Hoarse" segment on USC's likely first-round opponent in the Pac-12 Tournament: Stanford. Sports SCene contributors Jacob Freedman and Max Meyer debate the best way USC can spring an upset over the Cardinal.

While football might dominate the headlines, Reid Silverman brings you up to speed with "Lighting The Torch" as USC's spring sports hit their stride. USC Women's Basketball heads to the Pac-12 Tournament Thursday in Seattle. The Women of Troy stunned the rest of the conference with their improbable tourney title last spring, but can lightning strike twice?

Sports SCene correspondent Beverly Pham also brings you the latest from USC Men's Volleyball, while we preview the newly ranked USC Baseball team as they look to rebound from their first loss of the season on Tuesday by playing in the Dodgertown Classic this weekend.

On a lighter note, Sports SCene's Connor McGlynn gives you the scoop from the Intramural Game of the Week, while we unveal a new Sports Scene March Madness contest centered around a certain App. Feel like midterms have you behind in following your USC sports? Don't worry: Sports SCene has you covered.
