No. 3 USC Water Polo Finishes Season with UCLA

The Women of Troy look to turn the tides on the Bruins Saturday in a regular season finale.

The No. 3 USC women's water polo team (21-2, 4-1) closes its regular season with a crosstown rivalry showdown against No. 2 UCLA in a rematch of last season's national semifinal matchup where the Bruins knocked the Women of Troy out of title contention with a 5-3 win. In the clubs' earlier season meeting in late February, UCLA had similar results on the scoreboard, posting another 5-3 win, but USC players talked about using the momentum from a seven-game winning streak to turn their luck around against their rivals.

The Women of Troy and Bruins will hop into the pool in Westwood, California Saturday with swimoff set for 1:00 p.m.
