USC Football Goes Back To Basics

The USC Football team is back at practice this week, putting their first loss behind them, and preparing for Pac-12 play on the road.

After a bigg loss to the Stanford Cardinal at home last Saturday, it's back to basics for the USC Football team (2-1) who faces another Pac-12 opponent this weekend when they take on Arizona State University. It was practice as usual for the No. 19 Trojans, who will look to improve defensive momentum and capitalize on offense against the Sundevils.

During practice Tuesday morning, several players discussed moving forward and focusing on the season ahead. They hope to look at what went wrong on both sides of the ball and improve throughout practice this week. Head Coach Steve Sarkisian discussed the bright future of the Trojan team who he says will learn from this loss and not look back.

The Trojans head to Tempe this weekend to face ASU on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
