California Is Leading The Charge With This Sweeping Climate Change Law

Governor Jerry Brown signed a new law into effect holding California to the highest renewable energy standards in the nation. But, there's one big piece of the puzzle the law left out. 

SB 350, just signed into law by Governor Jerry Brown, will force California to rely on 50 percent wind and solar power by 2030. Most say we can meet this mandate, but the new law completely left out automobiles after disputes with oil companies halted the legislation in Congress.
