Jen Mac Ramos is an award winning journalist and creative writer currently based in Los Angeles, California. They report on breaking news, business, and baseball — admittedly, an odd combination of subjects.

Currently a graduate student at University of Southern California, they are a Master of Science candidate in Journalism. Ramos graduated from Mills College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in journalism. They hope to pursue a career as a journalist, either in news or sports, or in sports digital media, as a content developer. Baseball sabermetric and statistical analysis is another field they are proficient in.

In their spare time, they are a freelance copy editor, fluent in grammar nuances, AP Stylebook, and MLA format.
