Class of 2014


Joy is a sophomore majoring in broadcast and digital journalism and communication.

In her third semester at ATVN, Joy is a multimedia journalist and Wednesday’s News Anchor. Previously, she has worked as an assignment desk editor, teleprompter operator, and floor manager.

This past summer, Joy interned with CBS Radio’s 97.1 AMP Radio. As a promotions intern, she helped advertise the station using social media to increase listeners. She also worked at the Joyful Adult Healthcare Center located in Rowland Heights as a receptionist and social worker assistant.

In her spare time, Joy loves to write songs and go to Disneyland. In the future, she hopes to report for a local news station in the Los Angeles Area.
