Lindsay Becker is a senior at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles with a major in Broadcast Journalism and Digital Media. She recently received her minor in Cinematic Arts and Television from USC's School of Cinematic Arts.
She has been working for Annenberg TV News since her Freshman year, holding the positions of Lead Producer, Video Producer, Web and Graphics Producer, Assignment Desk Editor, Graphics Designer, Web Journalist and Multimedia Journalist. Becker is currently a reporter for ATVN.
Lindsay is from Apple Valley, Minnesota, where she won several awards for her work in broadcast journalism including All-Minnesota Editor, and All-State Journalist through the Minnesota High School Press Association, and Best Feature Story of the Year through local broadcast network, the Flash.
Over the summer months, Lindsay interned as a journalist working on the lot of Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles.
Most recently, she was selected by the faculty for the Annenberg Honors Seminar "based on academic achievement, performance in the classroom, leadership and involvement in the school."
Lindsay aspires to become a news anchor upon her graduation from USC in the Spring of 2013, and hopes to one day produce for both film and television.Survey
