Hit-and-Run Victim Had High B.A.C.

The USC freshman killed in a hit-and-run last semester had a high blood alcohol level.

The 18-year-old freshman killed last spring in a hit-and-run accident near campus had high levels of alcohol in her system when she died, according to an autopsy report obtained by fellow USC news outlet, Neon Tommy.

An independent legal expert said the toxicology report could help defendant Claudia Cabrera fight at least one of the charges against her.
