Judge: Casey Anthony Must Pay $100,000


Prosecutors and enforcement agencies were seeking $500,000 from Anthony.

A Florida Judge ruled on Thursday that Casey Anthony must amost $100,000 to law enforcement officials for the investigation involving the death of her daughter Caylee.

Prosecutors and enforcement agencies in Orlando were asking that Anthony, 25, pay half a million dollars to cover the costs.

Anthony was aquitted in July on charges of murdering her 2-year-old daughter. She was however, convicted of four counts of lying to authorities for telling officiers that a baby sitter had Caylee. Authorities discovered that the baby sitter did not exist.

Anthony has since appealed her convictions.
