FIDM Showcases Oscar-nominated Fashion

Costumes from five Academy Award-nominated films are on display in Downtown L.A.

The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising is celebrating some of the industry's top costume designers by showcasing this year's Oscar-nominated fashions.

FIDM is spolighting the 20th anniversary of its "Art of Motion Picture Costume Design" exhibition by giving tours to the public of the costumes behind movie magic.

The exhibition honors this year's Academy Award nominees for best costume design, including costumes from Hugo, Anonymous, The Artist, Jane Eyre, and W.E.

Over one hundred costumes from twenty films were on display.

The FIDM costume museum is free and open through late April.
