Two protesters were arrested earlier Thursday at the Bank of America Plaza Downtown, as confirmed by the California Highway Patrol.

Good Jobs L.A. organized the Flash Occupation, urging Bank of America to pay their taxes.

Good Jobs L.A. cited that billions of taxpayer dollars were used to bail out Bank of America during the economic decline. Protesters want those dollars to be invested back into the local community to create new jobs.

Protesters screamed, "We are the 99%," and "Bank of America bow to America," as they marched around with signs.

They claimed that Bank of America made a four billion dollar profit over the last two years and have not paid federal taxes.

One protester yelling into a megaphone said, "It's hard for us to take care of our homes, take care of our families, sisters, and brothers. Why? Because we don't have money to survive in this life. I want to tell Bank of America to pay their taxes. Please pay your taxes."
