White Substance Found at Scene of Houston's Death

A coroner's report released Wednesday revealed Whitney Houston had cocaine in her system at the time of her death.

The remains of a “white powdery substance” as well as a spoon with a “white crystal-like substance” were found in the hotel room where Whitney Houston’s died, according to a coroner’s report issued Wednesday.

The report also revealed that Houston had cocaine in her system at the time of her death.

She complained of a sore throat and one of her assistants suggested she take a bath before getting dressed for the Grammy’s.

The Grammy award winning singer drowned in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Feb. 11.

Coroner’s officials ruled heart disease and cocaine use as contributing factors in her accidental death.
