Herbalife Triathlon to Close Los Angeles Streets

The Herbalife Triathlon will be going on this Sunday (Photo courtesy of Facebook).
The first leg will include swimming in Venice Beach, biking from Venice to downtown Los Angeles followed by a running finish through the L.A. LIVE Nokia Plaza.
Drivers are being urged to avoid areas where the triathlon will be taking place.
Street closures for Sunday, September 30 include:
-Venice Beach: Venice Blvd. to Fairfax Ave./Olympic Blvd. (6:50 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.)
-Note: Both the on and off ramps of Venice Blvd. at the 405 Freeway and Fairfax Ave. at the 10 Freeway will be closed when cyclists are present.
-Fairfax Ave./Olympic Blvd. to 11th St. and Flower St. (7:10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.)
-11th St. and Flower St. to 1st St. and Grand Ave. (7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
