Playboy Ranks USC No. 4 Party School

But University of West Virginia took the top spot in the magazine's annual ranking of hard-partying colleges.

The verdict's out. Playboy released its 2013 rankings for the top ten party schools., and for the second year in a row, USC made the infamous list.

The party-loving Trojans came in fourth place after the University of West Virginia (No. 1), University of Wisconsin (No. 2), and University of Colorado (No. 3).

Marie Panknin, a junior in the Marshall School of Business, said she was surprised USC ranked so high since C. L. Max Nikias, USC's president, has put a damper on the party scene.

"It's just not what it used to be even just a couple years ago," said Panknin. "But this shows we still know how to party."

Cassandra Tang, a senior, told ATVN, "I think it makes us look great--shows we know how to work hard and play hard."

Here is the full list of this year's rankings:

1. West Virginia University

2. University of Wisconsin

3. University of Colorado

4. University of Southern California

5. Florida State Unviersity

6. University of Texas

7. Louisiana State University

8. University of Georgia

9. Arizona State University

10. University of Maryland (College Park)
