Police-Related Incident Cleared At University Parking Center

LAPD confirms a suspicious envelope was found at the scene.

Update:

The University Parking Center is now back open after a suspicious envelope was found at the scene.

Students and Faculty received a TrojansAlert at about 12 pm telling them the area was safe to return to.

USC officials first warned students and faculty at about 10 am through a TrojansAlert earlier Monday morning to stay away from the University Parking Center located at 3401 Grand Ave.

The alert described the event as a "Police-Related Incident."
