Monday Motivation: Cardio Barre
Cardio Barre is a quick, full-body workout that tones and sculpts all muscles in one hour. The high-energy class combines barre work and light weights, to help develop a lean and strong body.
The class is essentially a basic ballet class, but done at a rapid speed and set to music. Even though ballet barres are used, no prior dance experience is needed to join the class.
"After a while you kind of get the rhythm and the pace, whether or not you're a dancer," said Cardio Barre participant Brytni.
There is an intro, beginning and advanced class, so anyone is able to find a comfortable fit.
There are 12 Cardio Barre studios throughout California, and all locations can be found online.
