KUSC to Run Santa Barbara Station

No money was involved in KUSC's acquisition of Santa Barbara station KDB.

The classical music station KUSC announced Wednesday that it will take over KDB, a Santa Barbara classical music station.

USC did not pay any money for the transaction, which will allow the music to stay in Santa Barbara.

KUSC will apply for the Federal Communications Commission to approve the takeover of KDB.
