Hammer Museum: Free Admission and Short Films
Considering new places to visit in L.A. this fall? Well, you might want to consider the Hammer Museum at UCLA. One of the more popular exhibitions includes a full day screening of short films that deal with gender, power and culture.
Darin Klein, who works with the museum’s public programs, said people who are interested in "a variety of heartfelt, deep meaningful subject matters and perspectives from around the world" are likely to enjoy the museum.
People who are interested in free events and not stepping onto UCLA territory might also be interested. The museum is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and until 5 p.m. on weekends.
