USC Parkside Chef Appears On Reality Show 'Hell's Kitchen'

Joshua Trovato is a chef at Parkside's dining hall, but he is taking things to a bigger stage and is now a contestant on the reality television show, Hell's Kitchen. 

Hell's Kitchen premiered Tuesday night for its 14th season, and many Parkside residents and dining hall visitors were excited to see his familiar face on TV.

Before coming to USC, Josh Trovato worked in restaurants in New York City as a chef and kitchen manager. In addition, he's also been an actor, appearing as an extra in "Wolf of Wall Street," writes his own blog about having a healthy lifestyle, and is a fitness guru.

He joined us in studio to talk about his experience working under Chef Gordon Ramsey.
