Ann Austria

Class of 2011, Bachelor's

Ann transferred to USC from Cal State Long Beach in 2009. Although she wasn't accepted to the journalism program (communication major), she was still able to gain great journalistic expereince through electives, and of course, ATVN. ATVN allowed her to gain real world experience by working with a deadline, learning to get on-camera interviews and working in the studio during live shows.

In addition to ATVN, Ann played trombone for the Trojan Marching Band. She had an awesome time traveling with the band to Notre Dame, Stanford, Cal and Oregon, where the team pulled an upset over the then ranked No. 8 ducks!

Ann currently works for USC Swimming and Diving as one of their PR representitives. She is in charge up updating the team website and facebook page. She also works for her aunt's small medical company updating their website and other PR duties.
