Monica Parra was admitted as a Biological Sciences major, she quickly joined the Annenberg family in Fall 2010. She was inspired to become a Broadcast and Digital Journalism major, with a double minor in Communication and the Entertainment Industry and Public Health, after taking an Introduction to Journalism course, volunteering with Annenberg TV News, and consequently realizing journalism’s ability to impact the world. In addition to ATVN, she was an Annenberg Communication Leadership Scholar, Program Board Assistant Director of Speakers, work for the Ronald Tutor Campus Center!
