An avid fan of Major League Baseball, professional football and college basketball, Matthew has also contemplated a career in men's slow-pitch wiffleball to fulfill his dream of working in sports.
He has worked extensively with the sports department and also fulfilled roles in the studio, at the assignment desk and as a multimedia journalist. In addition to his positions to ATVN, Matthew serves as a senior sports editor for Neon Tommy.
The New England Patriots are his one true love (outside his home state of Vermont) and he swears that Eli Manning still gives him nightmares.
In his spare time he is volunteering at the Westside German Shepherd Rescue, complaining about the lack of Dunkin' Donuts in California and listening to country music.
