I am a marketing coordinator for ESPN in New York. I was a sports reporter for Fox Sports and a writer for the Associated Press before ESPN but decide to venture into the business world of sports after having a go in the media world. I am incredibly grateful to have been employed by the top three sports media companies in the world, and owe a lot of it to ATVN. The station gave me my first start. I had the passion, but ATVN lit the fire.

Work hard. Be nice to everyone. The path you imagined won't be the one you're likely to take, but go with it anyway. Because if you work hard and are nice to everyone you will like where you end up.
What should graduates keep in mind when negotiating their first job?:
In this job market, there is no negotiating. Be humble and gracious.
