USC Women's Diving Finished Fifth In NCAA Championship

Junior Haley Ishimatsu made history by becoming the first NCAA woman to repeat as NCAA platform champion in more than 20 years. 

USC claimed the fifth spot at the NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday. Georgia took home the NCAA title for the second straight year.

The Women of Troy tallied 252 points and finished in the top seven. USC is one of only three teams to finish in the top seven in each of the past five years. 

Junior Haley Ishimatsu made history by becoming the first NCAA woman to repeat as NCAA platform champion in more than 20 years. Senior Kasey Carlson finished her career as a first-time 100y free finalist.
