USC Golf Claims Jones Title

The No. 4 USC men's golf team captured its third title of the season Tuesday with a 16-stroke win at the Jones Invitational at the Valencia Country Club. Freshman Sean Crocker tied for first place in the individual competition after shooting a 66 in his final round of play.
The Trojans victory came as a result of a group effort, as four different golfers finished in the top-11 in the competition. USC has a two-week break before it will be back in action to try and replicate its performance in the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters in Las Vegas, Nevada March 9.
